Decent Machine / OK Customer Service
So i got this treadmill because it’s great deal with with no shipping and tax it’s basically a steal.
Assembly fairly straight forward as instructions are very easy to follow but it does take a little bit of time to assemble. Also this things is 200lbs so not super easy to maneuver.
All in all great shopping experience from amazon, super quick 3 days from order to my room) delivery and fairly straight forward installation.
This morning i was using it for the first time and this treadmill seems great. Very solid and fairly soft to run on. However, after running on it for about 1.5 miles it stopped working.
Since the customer service is closed today i will call tomorrow and see what’s up. I’m a bit disappointed with the fact that the belt stopped working after only 1.5 miles but i suspect it’s not a problem with these machines but just the one i have. So once i deal with customer service i hope to update this review with how they handled it.
My treadmill issue was the belt that slipped off (i suspect it got moved during transport) and it got a bit torn up.
I would suggest for anyone that gets this to open up the motor cover and take a look at the belt to make sure it’s sliding off the motor since these machines are being shipped it’s sort of expected.
